Shipping & Returns
The total shipping time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. This process consists of two parts, processing time and shipping time.
*The Processing time for an item is the time you submit your order to when the item leaves the shop.
*The Shipping time is the time when the item leaves the shop to it arrives at your door.
The processing time is very quick. If we receive your order by 3:30pm on a business day your order will ship the same day.* If your order is received after 3:30pm your order will ship the next business day.
*There might be instances where items were out of stock, or situations out of our control that will prevent your order from shipping. You will be notified of these situations if they arise.
The processing time for custom orders is longer than non-custom orders. Ready-to-Go Bow Packages and custom arrows will need an additional 1-3 days added to the standard processing time.
The shipping time will vary depending on which service you selected. Below is a map of UPS’ shipping zones with the time of transit and a list of services with expected shipping times.
*There may be instances where the items will have to be drop shipped and the time may or may not reflect the transit time stated above.
We ship primarily UPS however where the shipping address has a PO Box, or an APO/FPO address we will ship USPS. Ammunition, black powder, firing caps, and other restricted items can only be shipped by ground services.
We do express shipping. Since we do not have control of the actual delivery time after the shipment has left our shop, we cannot reimburse express shipping charges if your order arrives later than expected. On custom orders where you have selected and express shipment method note that it will not expedite processing time, just the shipping time.
Please contact us for international purchases. Special rules and conditions apply as some items are not allowed to be shipped overseas. Rates will also vary greatly. International customers MAY NOT place orders online. Please contact us via email and one of our customer representatives will respond in a timely matter. Thank you.

How to Return a Package:
If you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives, please contact us either via email, or telephone. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Pack your items back up in their original packing with all parts, manuals, tools, and other enclosures ,and write the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. We cannot reimburse you for any shipping costs on returning your package.

Returns sent COD or without the RA number written on the package will not be accepted. Returns on ammunition, black powder, firing caps, crossbows that have been set up and shot or compound bows that have been set up and shot will not be accepted. Ready-to-Go Compound Bow packages or crossbow packages may be returned within 10 days from time of delivery. The Greene Outdoors reserves the right to arrange a repair, pursuant to any factory warranty, rather than refunding or exchanging items as certain situations may warrant. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
