Custom Arrows
(All Custom Arrows are built one at a time to your specifications!)
We at The Greene Outdoors take fletching arrows very seriously. Every arrow in you set is hand-fletched at one station by one our professional arrow builders. The reason we hand fletch is it allows us to maintain quality control in ways big-box companies can not. Every raw shaft and the components are checked for flaws, then the shaft is cut to specifications. After that we install the insert followed by wiping down the shaft to rid it of oils. We then insert the nock and fletch the arrow. After we fletch all the arrows and align the nocks we then check all the fletching for proper adhesion. Once we have inspected the arrows, we weigh them, document them (so if you need replacements you will have the specs), and then ship you your new arrows. I know this sounds like a lot of trouble but the end results speak for themselves.
